The Service

ShowCue helps you track TV shows and movies, manage watchlists, and discover what to watch next. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws when using the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Scrape or overload our systems beyond normal personal use
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Infringe intellectual property or third-party rights

Third-party content

Show and movie metadata, images, and related content may be provided by third parties (including TMDB). That content remains subject to those providers' terms and licences. ShowCue is not endorsed by or affiliated with TMDB unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

The ShowCue name, branding, software, and site design are owned by Christian Harrison or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law in England and Wales, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
