Request data deletion

Under UK GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request for ShowCue.

To delete your entire account and all associated data, use Delete your account instead.

How to request data deletion

Email christian12-13@live.co.uk from the address linked to your account. Use the subject "Data deletion request" and describe what you want removed (for example profile avatar, import history, or all personal data).

We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.

Data we may delete on request

• Profile information (name, avatar, preferences)
• Watchlist, favorites, watched episodes, and ratings
• Import history and parsed library data
• Other personal data tied to your user ID

Data we may retain

We may keep limited information where required by law, or in anonymized form that no longer identifies you (for example aggregated usage statistics). Backup copies are removed on our normal rotation schedule.
