Delete your account

You can delete your ShowCue account and all data linked to it at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Email christian12-13@live.co.uk from the address linked to your ShowCue account. Use the subject "Account deletion request" and include the Google account email you use to sign in.

We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What is removed with your account

• Account credentials and sign-in (Google link)
• Profile (name, email, avatar, country, timezone, preferences)
• Watchlist, favorites, and watched history
• Episode ratings and schedule data
• Imported library data (e.g. TV Time imports)
• Active sessions and authentication records

After deletion

You will be signed out on all devices. You may create a new account later with the same Google sign-in, but previous data will not be restored.
